Terms of service

Brazil Auto Care provides vehicle maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to diagnostics, oil changes, brake services, tire services, and engine repairs. Additional services may be offered as per customer needs. Appointments can be scheduled in person, or by phone. We provide detailed cost estimates before commencing any work. Estimates are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options (e.g., Klarna). Late payments may incur additional fees (e.g. Storage Fees). We stand by the quality of our work. Repairs and parts do not come with any kind of warrantee unless confirmed by 3rd party. Customers must provide accurate vehicle information to ensure proper servicing. While we strive to provide the best service, Brazil Auto Care is not liable for: Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the service provided, delays caused by unavailable parts or unforeseen circumstances, incidental damages, such as loss of use of the vehicle. Refunds or returns on services or parts are subject to our Return Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
